Mark Jarvis President, CEO and Director Mr. Jarvis has more than 25 years experience in exploration and development of mineral resources, both in oil and gas and metals. After a career in financing exploration projects as a stockbroker, Mr. Jarvis moved to the corporate side of the business in 1996. He joined the Board of Ultra Petroleum, which at the time was a small oil and gas exploration and development company with a large, unconventional gas deposit. As Director responsible for Corporate Finance, he raised the equity capital necessary to prove the concept and to establish enough production to finance further growth with debt. Ultra Petroleum has grown from a market capitalization of $10 million to its current capitalization of more than $7 billion.
Mr. Jarvis became CEO and President of Hard Creek Nickel Corp. in January, 2004. During his tenure the company has drilled off a giant sulphide nickel deposit and has assembled a team of talented professionals dedicated to developing the resource.

Neil Froc, P.Eng Executive Vice President Mr. Froc holds a geological engineering degree from the University of Saskatchewan and has worked in the resource and urban development sector, primarily in British Columbia for over 25 years. He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He has been actively involved in various stages of precious metals, base metals and industrial mineral exploration since 1980. Project involvement ranged from grass-roots exploration, computer database exploration development, data quality control and assurance, feasibility studies, small scale pilot projects to technical editing and report writing for Stage II documents submitted to the British Columbia Government as part of the Mine Review Process.
He is responsible for the management of the Company's engineering and technical studies including infrastructure and socio-economic project development. This will include various levels of public relations and consultation with government officials, first nations, community and special interest groups.

Brian Fiddler, CGA Chief Financial Officer Mr. Fiddler is a resident professional with over 21 years of corporate accounting and operations experience. Mr. Fiddler also brings extensive experience working specifically with resource-based companies both as a consultant and as an Officer.

Leslie Young Corporate Secretary Ms. Young's 20 year background in the junior capital markets started with CM Oliver & Company where she served as Executive Secretary to senior management and board members. Ms. Young joined Hard Creek Nickel Corporation February 2004 as the Corporate Secretary and Office Administrator. She is responsible for corporate filings, assisting and reporting to the President, secretary to the Board Meetings, to act as liaison with corporate council and respective corporate matters, and to act as Manager to administrative employees and the general operations.

Tony Hitchins, B.A.Sc., M.Sc. Manager of Geology Mr. Hitchins completed his bachelors and masters degrees in engineering geology and economic geology at the University of Toronto. Subsequently Mr. Hitchins spent the next twenty years involved in various aspects of mineral exploration from field geologist to project manager. Exploration targets included volcanogenic massive sulphides, carbonate and sandstone hosted Pb-Zn-Ag, vein gold, intrusive hosted gold, base metal skarn, and tungsten-molybdenum porphyry deposits for the Amax group of companies. Between 1994-1998, he was district exploration manager for Cyprus Gold in Western Australia. Since returning to Canada Mr. Hitchins has worked with Vancouver based junior exploration companies.

Ed Beswick, P.Eng. Environmental Manager Mr. Beswick is a registered professional mining engineer and was the former north central British Columbia Regional Mines Manager operating out of Prince George for eight years. Prior to this he was the Kamloops District Inspector of Mines and Resident Engineer and Regional Reclamation Inspector - Inspector of Mines. More recently, Ed was Project Manager for British Columbia's first transportation Public, Private, Partnership; the Sierra Yoyo Desan Road located east of Fort Nelson, and has ongoing involvement with other B.C. based mining companies.
Mr. Beswick is also active in industry as Vice President representing District 6 for the Canadian institute of mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum as well as serving as Vice Chair of the Environment Committee for the Mining Association Of British Columbia.

John Hoffert Project Manager Mr. Hoffert brings over 30 years of process engineering design and operational experience to the project. He is involved in projects in South America and has completed his role as manager of milling for the Gibraltar Mine restart and as mill superintendent for the Kemess Mine approximately 220 km south of the Turnagain Project site.

Ronald G. Simpson, P.Geo Ronald Simpson is a Professional Geoscientist with 30 years of international experience in mineral exploration. He has specialized in resource estimation, GIS and property evaluation since 1987.

Tookie Angus Mr. Angus headed the Global Mining Group at law firm Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and was more recently Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Endeavor Financial. He chaired the committee of independent directors of Canico Resource Corp. that evaluated the 2006 takeover offer for that nickel company from CVRD of Brazil. Mr. Angus will advise the Company how to achieve maximum shareholder value from Hard Creek Nickel's resource. He brings a wealth of business, legal and strategic experience to the table. His strategic advice will be particularly important to Hard Creek Nickel over the next two years as it continues to advance the Turnagain project.

Dominique Francois-Bongarcon, Ph. D. Dr. Francois-Bongarcon is an acknowledged mining industry expert in sampling and has been responsible for several advances and clarifications in the field of sampling theory.
Dr. Francois-Bongarcon has 40 years of experience in the mining industry and maintains an extensive client base which includes but is not limited to CVRD VALE, BHP Billiton, Anglo American, Xstrata, and Barrick. He is active in international consulting, software design/development/marketing, mining engineering, project evaluation, 3D mine design and feasibility studies for precious and base metal mining around the world.
